These terms apply when you download, try or buy SpaceShift. If anything here is unclear, ask before you buy.

Who you are dealing with

SpaceShift is a Windows desktop application made and supported by an independent developer. Questions about these terms go to support@spaceshiftapp.com, which reaches a person rather than a queue.

The demo

SpaceShift runs as a full demo for 14 days, nothing held back and no card needed. A day is only counted on a day you actually launch it. When the demo is used up the app stops launching until a licence is registered, and everything you set up is kept.

What a licence gives you

• One purchase covers up to three computers that you own or use.
• A key is issued for one specific computer, identified by the System ID shown in the app, and is checked entirely offline. SpaceShift never contacts the internet to validate anything.
• Your licence does not expire, and covers the updates we release under it.
• Moving to a replacement computer is fine. Contact support and we free the seat.

What you may not do

• Share, resell, sublicense or publish your licence key.
• Distribute modified copies of the application.
• Work around, disable or tamper with the licence or demo checks.

Ordinary use, including on a work computer, is fine. These restrictions exist to stop redistribution, not to police how you arrange your own desktop.

Payment and taxes

Purchases are handled by our payment provider, acting as merchant of record. They take the payment, handle any sales tax or VAT due where you live, and appear on your statement and receipt. Prices are shown before you pay and are charged once, not by subscription.

Refunds

Fourteen days, no reason required. The refund policy has the detail.

Updates and availability

SpaceShift is under active development. We do not promise a release schedule, or that any single feature lasts forever, though features are removed rarely and never quietly. The app runs offline, so it keeps working whether or not this website does.

What we do not promise

SpaceShift is provided as it is. It moves windows belonging to other programs, and both Windows and those programs change in ways nobody controls, so we cannot guarantee identical behaviour with every application or every version of Windows. Our liability is limited to what you paid for the licence. Nothing here limits the consumer rights you have where you live.

Ending a licence

You can stop using SpaceShift at any time and remove the licence from a computer inside the app. We may end a licence that is being redistributed or deliberately circumvented, and we will tell you why.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and the version you agreed to at purchase continues to apply to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye, where the developer is based. This does not take away consumer protections available where you live.
